Donny Saindon is a true professional. My business was in a jam and I needed help today. Without making false promises, he said he would try to rearrange a few things and call me back. He called as promised and said he could make it in the late day. I said great and super thanks!!! He came, he evaluated, he left for about 30 minutes to pick up needed parts. He returned to make the repair and when he billed me, he noted the travel time and deducted. I was watching and he billed me correctly. And, he has stayed with us to make sure our system continues to work properly. Donny Saindon did us a solid by making an effort to get to us as soon as he could. He is my computer guy - forever!!!

Donny was friendly, and dedicated to helping me out, even though I didn't think we'd be able to solve my problem. I needed data recovery. He relentlessly found four different SD card readers to try in two different computers, hoping one might read the card, which had a faulty controller chip. I'm a writer, and my book was backed up on this device, so it was incredibly important (3 years of work worth) to me that I recover the data. Miraculously one of his card readers showed up in the recovery software and he jumped on it and copied all he found onto a CD for me. The whole time we just chatted, keeping me at ease. The chat alone was interesting, regardless whether he could find something or not. They seem eager to develop relationships with customers as they're building a client base, a good quality I think in a growing business. Donny's determination to help saved my butt, because the data he did find, though not in the project format it was originally in, did include the saved documents I thought would be lost forever (2 months of writing gone). I was able to combine the docs he found with an old copy of my manuscript. He was resourceful and relentless. Thank you. I would have ended up paying hundreds of dollars for a specialized recovery service for my particular problem if he hadn't believed he could help or at least exhaust all his avenues to try.
